Trent and Mandy Edmondson and Shawn Owen are co-owners and co-founders of Right Light Services located in Midland, TX. Prior to starting up Right Light Services they worked in the Oilfield Rental industry where together they have 20 plus years of experience in the field. Our leadership team strives for excellence and safety on a daily basis, not only for the employees they employ but for the customers they service which makes them a one-of-a-kind team.

Trent brings a rich background in division management to the day-to-day operations of his team and ensures that each project is staffed and equipped properly to meet the customers’ needs.

Mandy has over twelve years experience in operations, business development, and sales management. Customers are a top priority and a high focus.

Shawn Owen is a seasoned leader with extensive experience across various industries. With a proven track record of driving operations and business development initiatives his collaborative approach enable him to effectively build and nurture strong relationships with customers

Through their hard work and dedication to excellence together they have grown Right Light Services from a company of two employees in 2014 to a company with over 20 employees and two divisions.
