Trent and Mandy Edmondson are co-owners and co-founders of Right Light Services located in Midland, TX. Prior to starting up Right Light Services they both worked in the Oilfield Rental industry where they have a combined 17 years of experience in the field. Trent and Mandy strive for excellence and safety on a daily basis, not only for the employees they employ but for the customers they service which makes them a one-of-a-kind team.

Trent brings a rich background in division management to the day-to-day operations of his team and ensures that each project is staffed and equipped properly to meet the customers’ needs.

Mandy has over twelve years experience in operations, business development, and sales management. Customers are a top priority and a high focus.

Through their hard work and dedication to excellence the Edmondsons together have grown Right Light Services from a company of two in 2014 to a company with over 20 employees and two divisions. Right Light Services continues to service the Permian Basin with all of your equipment rental and pad development needs.
